Pillsbury House + Theatre Website Redesign

I organized and led the full website redesign for Pillsbury House + Theatre, collaborating with an external contractor on design and development. My role included:
Strategy: Defined the site’s content strategy and user flow, ensuring alignment with PH+T’s mission and audience needs.
Collaboration: Worked closely with the contractor, internal staff, and designers to translate community-focused goals into a clear visual and functional design.
Content Leadership: Developed messaging, oversaw copy, and integrated branding assets across the new site.
Project Management: Coordinated timelines, deliverables, and feedback to keep the redesign on track.
Impact:
The new site showcased clearly all that happened at PH+T and made what’s happening more clear to the general public.
KojiGo – Digital Strategy & Content Direction
Role: Assistant Producer
Year: 2023–2024
As Assistant Producer, I supported CrumplePop’s digital strategy for KojiGo, a professional film color grading tool. My work focused on content production, workflow support, and audience engagement.
Content Production: Assisted in creating digital ads, demo videos, and promotional graphics that showcased KojiGo’s features to filmmakers and creators.
Collaboration: Worked alongside producers, designers, and marketing staff to ensure consistent messaging and branding across website, social media, and marketplace listings.
Project Coordination: Helped manage timelines and deliverables for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring launches stayed on track and aligned with product goals.
Digital Strategy Support: Contributed research and audience insights that informed marketing direction and improved clarity of product positioning.
Impact: Strengthened KojiGo’s digital presence by supporting cohesive campaigns that increased visibility, clarified product messaging, and engaged target audiences.
Pillsbury Creative Commons Launch
Role: Communications & Audience Engagement Lead
Year: 2025
I led the communications strategy for the launch of Pillsbury Creative Commons (PCC), a new hub for arts and economic development in South Minneapolis.
Strategy: Designed a cross-platform communications plan that connected the full digital ecosystem — website, social, email, press, and video — centering accessibility, visibility, and community voice.
Collaboration: Partnered with designers, videographers, and staff to develop branding assets, promotional content, and outreach materials.
Content Leadership: Directed messaging across digital and print channels, weaving together stories that introduced PCC’s mission and programming.
Project Management: Coordinated timelines and deliverables for multiple launch events, including the Inside Out Block Party and Black August Queer Film Festival.
Impact: The launch drew hundreds of attendees, established PCC as a cultural anchor in South Minneapolis, and expanded PH+T’s role in community-driven arts and economic development.
Listen Up Youth Radio
Role: Teaching Artist & Communications Lead
Year: 2018–2019
I taught and supported youth in creating original audio content, blending hands-on technical training with broader communications strategy. My role included:
Content Strategy: Designed workflows for how youth-produced content moved from live interviews into podcasts, newsletters, and social channels, ensuring consistency and audience reach.
Digital Training: Built the digital pipeline by teaching participants editing, mixing, and recording skills that aligned with broader content goals.
Platform Integration: Managed podcast distribution, newsletter content, and social media strategy to connect youth voices with wider digital audiences.
Collaboration: Coordinated with program staff and youth producers to align content with organizational mission and community relevance.
Impact: Expanded the program’s digital presence, increased audience engagement, and established sustainable systems for ongoing youth-led content creation.
